Micron Technology is hiring for the role of Global Quality (Assembly and Test) - Process Control Systems Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand and willing to learn how we design, develop, and implement process control systems to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Understand the documentation for process control systems, including design specifications, operating procedures, and maintenance manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
• Monitor and analyze process data to ensure system performance and identify areas for enhancement.
• Champion maintenance of existing process control systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for process control systems and related Process Variation sources.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in process control technology to recommend and implement best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Masters in Statistics/Mathematics.
• 0-2 years of experience in process control systems engineering
• Experience with process control software and tools, including PLCs, SCADA systems, and DCS platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
