Genpact is now hiring for the role of Process Associate (Reinsurance)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Operate in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
• Perform with strong processing skills and a positive, ‘can do” attitude.
• React positively and effectively to needs of handling volume spikes (usually at quarter & Year ends).

Requirements:

• Can work flexible and varying shifts throughout the year.
• B.Com graduate.
• Freshmen are eligible.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior Underwriting experience in reinsurance or insurance companies is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of using Excel and MS Access databases.
  • Proficient in the English language, both written and oral.
  • Experience with Insurance clients will be an added advantage.
  • P&C Insurance experience.
  • Preferred Certification in Insurance & Reinsurance, e.g. LM1, LM2, IIA & ARE.
  • Good analytical skills.
