Process Associate: Invoice to Cash Job in Gurgaon at Genpact

Genpact is hiring for the role of Process Associate: Invoice to Cash!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Make collection calls to customers and email/fax invoices or mail hard copies per customer requests
• Identify and resolve unidentified cash and manage the end-to-end process of cash applications
• Process cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites ensuring the Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR) is completed timely, accurately, and confidentially
• Follow up on customer/internal disputes, and customer questions, and work between departments to resolve issues
• Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
• Freshers are eligible
• Good English language skills (verbal and written)
• Meaningful experience
• Strong interpersonal skills (clear verbal and written communication, problem-solving, etc.)
• Significant experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash
