Genpact is hiring for the role of Process Assiciate - French Language!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Checking the necessary details from SOS websites to download recording # & Date.
- Processing other transaction activities & business reporting.
- Ability to manage large volumes.
- Update daily tracker with correct information of filings.
- Complete the allocation work within the time frame given.
- Update the check list daily.
- Documentation of current / future state processes.
- Complete the Filings allocation.
- 100% Accuracy with individual ownership.
- Managing Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual volume
Requirements:
- Any Graduate
- Must know French Language
- Operations Background: Fresher can also apply.
- Strong Excel skills
- Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach
- Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables.
- Ability to learn and apply new processes and tools.
