Genpact is hiring for the role of Process Associate – Banking – Financial Crime & Fraud!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for opening, amending, reviewing exciting clients according to established policies and procedures.
• Drafting appropriate client due diligence / transaction monitoring / regulatory requests responses
• Carrying out conflicts searches, assessing the results and advising on implementing safeguards.
• Developing and maintaining a good understanding of anti-money laundering and financial crime legislation, and a comprehensive understanding of client due diligence requirements.
• Manage MIS activities and data collation
• Maintain a good knowledge of potential red flags regarding the client and work types across customer landscape and the jurisdictions within geography.
• Work towards driving process improvements and initiatives

Requirements:

• Graduate: B.Com / BBA
• Experience in Banking/AML & KYC Domain

Preferred:

• Relevant work experience, preferably in the Banking/ ITES Industry.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in Banking or Insurance
• Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
