Genpact is hiring for the role of Process Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Demonstrated delivery of high-quality output
  
• Should have sound knowledge of the Insurance industry
  
• Knowledge of technology and standard desktop packages: MS Excel, MS Word
  
• MS PowerPoint, MS Visio & Outlook
  
• Ability to build relationships with internal customers in Genpact and very importantly with onshore clients – must be seen as a proactive, helpful team player 
  
• High customer service orientation
  
• Good written and spoken English is a must
  
• Ability to work under pressure
  
• Ability to respond to stretch situations of volume spikes as and when the need arises

Requirements:

• Any Graduate except, BTech, BSc, etc.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
• Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change
• Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted
• Time Management and ability to complete assignments within deadlines
• Exercising excellent customer service skills at all times.  This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or email
• The ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, to process information, and as a form of communication with customers and others in the company
• The ability to use relevant information and individual judgment to determine the best possible solution to any situation
• Excellent command of Excel spreadsheets, MS Word, and internet from a day-to-day operations delivery standpoint
