Process Associate Job in Gurgaon at Sun Life Financial

Sun Life is hiring for the role of Process Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prompt and accurate handling of invoices from 3rd party Suppliers, including retrieval of invoices from Supplier portals, processing through internal systems, requesting necessary approvals, and ensuring invoices are sent to Accounts Payable within established turn-around times, aligned to the One Best Way.
• Monitoring multiple intake channels for incoming work and responding to inquiries in a timely manner (e.g., email inbox).
• Ordering supplies for the department, if needed.
• Supporting administrative activities related to Supplier Relationship Management.
• Partnering with internal business partners (e.g., AP, Finance) to support the chargeback process, as needed.
• Defining opportunities for improvement and fostering a culture of innovation by utilizing the Brighter Way Management System (BWMS) to drive change.
• Cross-training peers and providing back-up and support.
• Communicating with 3rd party Suppliers (e.g., invoicing and/or credits/rebates are incorrect).

Requirements:

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills to support tracking of invoices, spend, and team KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize tasks effectively.
