Eurofins is hiring for the role of Process Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Support US HR & Payroll teams with various benefits and reporting support.
- Create process documents and monitor SLA’s for supporting projects.
- Maintain and improve key performance measures.
- Proactively manage customer issues related to the support requirement.
Requirements:
- Total experience o1-3 years.
- Should have experience in managing HR or Payroll processes for US.
- Having work experience in Lawson will be an added advantage.
- Should have experience in managing project with semi voice support.
- Should have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Should have passion to continuously learn and grow.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication
