Future Pipe Industries is hiring for the role of Process Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support processes according to operational function and domain scope.
• Support countries in the GCC and Asia.
• Work under the direct supervision of the team leader.
• Collaborate with team members to generate VDRL in LN based on requests from Sales/project departments for small projects.
• Prepare VDRL lists based on client requirements and obtain necessary approvals under the supervision of a process expert-DC.
• Request project-related documents from internal departments and submit them to customers for approval (VDRL).
• Receive, distribute, monitor, and log all project documentation, managing post revisions for easy retrieval.
• Complete assigned tasks within SLA while maintaining process quality.
• Prepare the MR in LN ERP based on the project team's requirements and submit it to the purchase department.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing setup or global shared services.
• Preferable experience in the manufacturing, engineering services, or KPOs industry.
• Experience working as a document controller or project coordinator for a project team.
• Proficiency in using Infor LN or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to build relationships within the department and across teams.
• Positive attitude towards learning and understanding business requirements.
• Strong team player.
