Process Associate Job in Hyderabad at Genpact

Genpact is hiring for the role of Process Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment
• Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoices like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice, invoice date etc.
• Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices and queries are balanced based on the exception tracker
• Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions as and when they occur for knowledge retention
• Independently perform transactional tasks that support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes.
• Follow up with requisitions (via calls/ emails or tickets) to tackle hold invoices as per the AP guideline
• Enforce the internal compliance policy and guidelines established by the management on their daily operational activities
• Perform daily internal audits to ensure all Invoices/queries are balanced as per the guidelines

Requirements:

• Any graduate (B.Com preferred)
• Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
• Typing speed of 25-30 word per min.
• Relvant year of experience of accounting, invoicing, payments, reconciliations processes
• Basic knowledge of accounts payable, account receivables, payment processing, GST, etc.
• Candidate must clear the Speech X and AP WASP tests as per Genpact’s standards to be eligible to proceed to further rounds.
