Genpact is hiring for the role of Process Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support Credit Administration activity for leading auto-finance clients.
• Assist with activities that may include Due Diligence, KYC, Financial Spreading, Time Sensitive Research and reporting, UCC Filing, Insurance/License Follow-ups, legal name search, User ID set-up, etc. for Auto-Dealerships & their parties.
• Do multitask; Learn and support multiple activities, as needed.
• Ensure the request is completed within the timeline and with the required accuracy (as per process SLAs)

Requirements:

• Any Graduate or MBA in Finance; relevant years of experience.
• Have a good understanding of financial concepts related to Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Financial Ratios, Credit Bureaus, KYC, and Due Diligence.
• Proficient in information research and interpretation skills.
• Good communication and writing skills to handle client calls and emails.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
