Amazon is hiring for the role of Process Assistant - FCD!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Daily Management of shift
- Implement administrative management of associates
- Job allocation to associates
- Monitor and mentor associates on productivity, quality, and safety
- Monitor the status of counts and problem-solve queues
- Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans
- Prepare and implement training and development plans for associates
- Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective workstations daily
- Stand-in for Area Manager
Requirements:
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
