Amazon is hiring for the role of Process Assistant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Administrative management of associates
- Job allocation to associates
- Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality, and safety
- Monitor status of counts and problem-solve queues
- Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans
- Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates
- Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations daily
- Stand-in for Area Manager
Requirements:
- Basic Qualification: High school or equivalent diploma
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
