Broadridge Financial Solutions is hiring for the role of Process Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for clients based on the agreed-upon billing terms and contracts.
• Review billing data and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness before issuing invoices.
• Maintain a systematic and organized record of billing documents, including contracts, purchase orders, and billing statements.
• Monitor billing cycles and proactively follow up on any delays or discrepancies.
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve billing issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze billing trends and patterns to identify potential areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Communicate billing-related updates, changes, and issues to the onshore team in a clear and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently or in teams as and when required
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, financial systems, and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
• Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 1-4 years of Proven experience as a billing specialist, billing clerk, or similar role, preferably in a KPO or similar industry
• Finance graduate preferred additional certifications in accounting, finance, or related fields are a plus
• Should be okay with UK shift timings
• Graduation is must
