Barclays is hiring for the role of Process Advisor!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure that the transactions are completed within the SLA.
• Collaborate with the internal stakeholders for follow-up actions.
• Capture accurate information and details in the case management tool.
• Completion of the tasks daily and adhering to the timelines agreed.
• Adhere to organizational-wide information security policies and procedures.
• Ensure error-free service delivery by applying the principles of consistently excellent.

Requirements:

• Flexibility in hours of work and ability to work changing shift patterns
• Ability to learn and adapt to frequent changes
• Ability to understand and impart any procedural changes
• Experience working in an HR Shared Services/Operational environment managing a Global service across multiple regional teams and a broad group of stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Good written & verbal communication
• Good problem-solving skills. Able to identify and collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders
• Knowledge of HR Systems like Workday, SAP, Service Now etc
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
