- Become the go-to expert for the product by understanding its full capabilities and how clients are currently using it.
- Gather, evaluate, and define detailed product requirements, use cases, user stories, and user journey maps.
- Track feature development progress throughout the quarter and provide updates to senior team members.
- Manage stakeholders and product backlog by prioritizing client feedback, roadmap items, epics, features, and new requests.
- Clearly communicate and demo new features and release details to product, client, marketing, and sales teams.
- Participate in PDLC activities like quarterly planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery demos.
- Coordinate agendas and product documentation for product governance forums and joint working groups.
- Summarize key decisions, next steps, and product readiness feedback from governance and working group meetings.
