Standard Chartered is hiring for the role of Private Banking & Wealth Mgt. Sales Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Generate new business to achieve defined sales and revenue targets.
• Keep In and out knowledge of the products being sold by him.
• Create a proper comparison of similar products in other companies.
• Create and manage an effective Sales Tracker to measure and manage their activity levels.
• Improve the quality of sales and key sales ratios by attending the training arranged for them, if required.
• Provide timely MIS as required relating to the various aspects of the business, business lead generation, Issued business, product mix, lapsation etc.
• Conduct a credit report on customers to find out what sort of insurance rates they can be given, explain to customers what sort of coverage they are getting, and what kind of monetary value the insurance company will pay out in the event of damage to the insured.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification should be graduation.
• Experience in Sales and relationship management.
• Experience in handling similar roles in the financial industry would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence customers.
• Strong orientation towards internal customer satisfaction and servicing.
• The level of the individual has a high dependency on technical ability and personal effectiveness.
• Candidate should be IRDA certified before commencing servicing/closure of leads.
