• Design and Development: Own the design, development, and construction of sophisticated cloud services and capabilities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, developers, and other specialists to ensure the efficiency of Azure/AWS/GCP Enterprise Scale Landing Zone platforms.
• Decision Making: Actively participate in decision-making areas such as observability, networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, and governance.
• Performance Optimization: Supervise and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of cloud infrastructure.
• Incident Management: Coordinate incident management processes, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact on services.
• Automation: Develop and implement automation strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Security Compliance: Ensure all cloud services align with security policies and standard methodologies.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, processes, and procedures.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
