Principal Electrical Engineer Job in Bengaluru at skyworks

Skyworks is hiring for the role of Principal Electrical Engineer!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of analog integrated circuits such as amplifier biasing blocks, regulators, bandgap references, closed-loop feedback circuits, trim and calibration circuits.
• Over time the ideal candidate’s design responsibilities may grow to include toplevel design ownership, and interacting with multidisciplinary teams to develop new products.

Requirements:

• BS / MS / PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Expertise with Cadence design tools including schematic capture, simulators, and layout
• Strong communication skills, ability to organize information and present results clearly.
• Advanced knowledge of analog designs such as bandgaps, op-amps, regulators, precision current sources in CMOS or BiCMOS technologies
• Knowledge of feedback systems, poles and zeroes, loop dynamics
• Basic digital logic, truth tables, digital signaling techniques
• Basic knowledge of MOS and bipolar device physics, and the semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with co-design of analog and digital circuits, trim circuits, ADC/DAC
• System modeling skills (e.g. MATLAB, Verilog-A)
• Good judgment in solving a broad range of issues, based on educational background and/or industry experience
