Genpact is hiring for the role of Principal Consultant – Technical Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead and manage technology-based projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Lead the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective action when necessary.
• Work closely with developers and software engineers to ensure technological alignment and product quality.
• Utilize SCRUM/Agile methodologies to drive project execution and performance.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status and needs.
• Foster a productive and positive work environment that encourages innovation and growth.
• Work with the client’s Finance and Commercial teams to develop the key User Stories (requirements) for the development of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Configure Dynamics 365 Business Central according to the user stories to provide usable features, deliver value within the given time frame (Sprint), and estimate development efforts.
• Assist in analyzing and resolving defects and issues.
• Dynamics 365 Business Central/Finance development experience.
• Understanding of configuring, coding, testing, and maintaining moderately complex Dynamics 365 Business Central systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Adequate experience in technical project management.
• Experience in application development, Java, .Net, Python, or similar programming language-based projects.
• Proficient in microservices, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile (CSM, ACP).
• Experience in Gen AI and other emerging technologies.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex technology projects.
