Genpact is hiring for the role of Principal Consultant: SAP FICO

Responsibilities of the Candidates: 

• Manage the execution of the R2R processes for their operating division.
• Ensure all processing, financial closing, reconciliations and internal/external reports are completed on a timely basis.
• Review, reconcile and analyze aspects of the monthly financial statements, inclusive of reconciliations, accruals, allocations, revenue downloads, pre-payments, and variance analysis. 
• Maintain balance sheet integrity of account reconciliations and ensure all unreconciled items are resolved in a timely manner and escalated as necessary.

Requirements: 

• Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA
• SAP and other industry certifications would be an advantage
• Experience analyzing processes to determine areas for improvement, increased efficiency and cost reduction, supporting a culture of continuous improvement 
• Experience working in a global business environment with a clear understanding of acquisitions, global processes, and transactional flows is an advantage 
• Highly organized, diligent with attention to detail 
• High level of technical accounting competence required – the ability to research and resolve accounting issues and ensure compliance with IFRS 
• Excellent analytical skills, with a high focus on the delivery of financial targets 
• Knowledge of New GL concepts
• Knowledge of Localization (Tax systems)
• Good working knowledge of COPA (profitability Analysis)
• Good Working knowledge of Product Coasting (CPOC)
• Should have strong configuration knowledge and experience in developing customized solutions on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Bank Accounting and Profitability Analysis. He should be knowledgeable on FICO interaction with other modules like PP, QM, MM, and SD with an in-depth understanding of master data
• Integration experience with third-party tools and working experience with banks is required
• Experience in New General Ledger/Controlling, including but not limited to multi-currency experience, currency revaluation & translation, document splitting, non-leading ledger, reconciliation ledger, profit centre accounting, and understanding of financial close and intercompany processing
• The candidate should be experienced & knowledgeable in defining the system’s strategies/requirements, prototyping, testing, training & implementing practical business solutions
• Should have experience in leading Proof of Concept, SAP Enterprise Blueprint sessions and developing business cases with cross-functional teams
• The candidate should have hands-on work experience in SAP FICO.
• Must have worked on multiple major SAP implementation projects
• Must have experience on SAP S4 HANA/New General Ledger
• Should have adequate experience in developing SAP solutions and POV in the area of SAP FICO along with S4 HANA Simple Finance
