Genpact is hiring for the role of Principal Consultant - (Java, MySQL & API Developer)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Development & Support of Applications & Databases
• Participate in the Application Modernization program.
• Develop an understanding of existing client IT applications while actively searching for improvement areas.
• Streamline workflows and process optimization by implementing inventive technical solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders, updating them on IT development processes and costs.
• Deep hands-on experience with multiple development approaches, patterns and architecture means to implement solutions. Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems.
• Work closely with business leads and product owners to understand solution requirements and identify architectural patterns.
• Evaluate existing tech stack and emerging technologies on a regular basis.
• Orchestrate work prioritization, scheduling, and allocation for the rest of the Service Provider team.

Requirements:

• BE/ B Tech/ MCA
• Developer experience
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API and Grail frameworks.
• Strong knowledge and experience in MySQL database.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications.
• Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, Mercurial, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS or ReactJS will be a plus.
