Principal Consultant – IT Transitions Manager Job in Hyderabad at Genpact

Genpact is hiring for the role of Principal Consultant – IT Transitions Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Hold experience in transitioning different processes from other Tier entities & help setting up their Shared Service Operations.
• Coordinating with different teams and departments to ensure all tasks are completed on time 
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, addressing their concerns and providing regular reports to management on the status of transitions.
• Identifying potential risks and issues that could affect the transition and developing strategies to mitigate them
• Overseeing the implementation of the transition plan, ensuring all activities are carried out as planned
• Tracking the performance of the transition, analyzing data and producing reports to demonstrate progress
•  Ensuring all documentation related to the transition is accurately maintained and updated

Requirements:

• BE/B.TECH
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams
• Strong planning and organizational skills & project management principles
• Excellent communication skills for effective liaison activities
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus but not mandatory
