Genpact is hiring for the role of Principal Consultant, Data Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Apply a data analytics approach to solve business problems.
- Utilize data to improve processes and risk management strategies.
- Create and design data visualization and analysis tools.
- Get involved in the business automation initiatives.
- Develop data-driven insights.
- Partner and collaborate with across departments with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- BE/B Tech/MCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Databases/SQL
- Experience using data visualization techniques and tools such as PowerBI, QlikView, or Tableau
- High attention to detail and ability to notice patterns and trends in data.
- Thrives on problem-solving and can suggest solutions.
- Strong & effective communication with people at all levels across the firm
- Distill a compel & problem into a workable solution and implement it.
- Continuously learn and implement new skills and as well as understanding the latest technologies
