Pricing Business Analyst Job in Pune at Lubrizol

Lubrizol is hiring for a Pricing Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Manage and coordinate the global price lists for key customers, including implementing price adjustments.
• Develop and maintain pricing models to optimise pricing strategies and drive profitability.
• Support account teams in raw material and pricing discussions, providing analysis and scenario modelling.
• Assist the commercial teams with margin management activities to improve profitability.
• Leverage the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to develop customised pricing dashboards, reports, and workflows.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Pricing Analyst, preferably in a pricing or financial analysis role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex pricing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI & Excel
• Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is highly beneficial.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
