Pricing Analyst Job in Bangalore at Continental

Continental is hiring for the role of Pricing Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute strategic and administrative pricing to maximize sales and margin for the Business Region 
• Develop and utilize analytical pricing tools that will enable the pricing department to more effectively manage price.
• Identify and share best practices.
• Analyse the market & technology & provides input to business strategies.
• Observe competitive activities
• Provide input to BA Pricing strategy& optimization opportunities.
• Execute price increases, manage list prices, prepare, analyze quotations and rebates. 
• Evaluate competitive situations and make business decisions that maximize value and margin. 
• Coordinate and constantly propose improvement to the pricing process to optimize efficiency, agility and data accuracy while maximizing contribution to the organization to meet the strategic profitability goals.
• Prepare quotations for Sales team, coordinate data accuracy from Plant Controlling and approve price conditions for RFQ's.
• Respond to transactional price requests.
• Consistently respond with established profitability goals and market levels
• Ensure support of Sales Channels with pricing knowledge & expertise ,training & advice to Sales staff.
• Support value driven pricing
• Compare technical details of products
• Attach “price tag” to product attributes
• Support implementation of new value selling activities
• Help to manage price increase Implements the BA pricing guidelines, processes& tool box in the segment.

Requirements:

• Professional 1 years
• Analytical skills,  to set product prices which meet business objectives
• Ability to translate a pricing strategy into individual customer quotations
• Microsoft Power BI skills
• Sales Force experience it's a plus
