Pricing Administrator Job in Bangalore at Ingersoll Rand International ( India ) Limited

Ingersoll Rand is hiring for the role of Pricing Administrator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Creating blanket/discrete purchase agreements and maintaining pricing in accordance with the defined Procurement approval process.
• Maintaining a price list and blanket purchase agreements for cost changes/cancellations, pricing, pay terms, items, planner name, unit of measure, sourcing rules, approved supplier list and part link to supplier data.
• Responsible for direct material price maintenance. 
• Assure adherence to blanket purchase agreement/price list and change order approval process and Communicate closed loop to inform stakeholders.
• Assuring compliance on Blanket Purchase Agreement/Price list audit process.
• Managing approved supplier list, ensuring new supplier onboarding and approval are validated prior to adding a new supplier to the ASL. Manage system supplier set-up to include source document.
• Acting as data steward with regard to assuring compliance to Finance, Procurement and Materials policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, finance, accounting, or related discipline required with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience with business systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle R12 and SAP MM module software and systems integration details is preferred.
• Knowledge of Macro will be an added advantage.
• Ability to support INDIA-USA-EUROPE time zone.
• Good command of the English language and a Good command of Microsoft Office Suite required
• Excellent customer service: commitment to solving problems and requests, understanding of the customer needs business, and priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities. Solves the majority of problems with no/minimal supervision. Recognizes developing problems and brings them to the attention of others to ensure the appropriate solution is reached / decision is taken.
