Premier Relationship Manager Job in Bhilai at Jana Small Finance Bank

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of Premier / Priority customers and act as a single point of contact
• Acquire new high-value customers through referrals and market sourcing
• Cross-sell banking and financial products including:
• CASA & Term Deposits
• Wealth & Investment products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, Insurance, etc.)
• Loan products (Home Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, etc.)
• Provide financial advisory and recommend suitable investment solutions based on client needs
• Ensure regular client engagement through meetings, calls, and portfolio reviews
• Achieve AUM, revenue, and cross-sell targets
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries
• Maintain compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines
• Track and update client interactions in CRM/MIS systems
• Coordinate with internal teams like operations, credit, and wealth desk for smooth servicing
