Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Acquire HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals) only: The candidate is expected to focus on attracting and retaining clients who have a significant amount of investable assets. HNIs typically have complex financial needs and require personalized wealth management services. Acquiring such clients involves networking, prospecting, and building strong relationships based on trust and understanding of their financial goals and aspirations.
• Sell TPP (Third-Party Products) and generate revenue: TPP refers to financial products or services offered by third-party providers, such as insurance policies, mutual funds, or investment products. The candidate is tasked with promoting and selling these products to clients as part of their wealth management strategy. This responsibility involves understanding the features and benefits of various TPPs, identifying suitable products for clients based on their financial objectives and risk tolerance, and executing sales to generate revenue for the institution.
• Build CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) book size: CASA refers to the core banking deposits comprised of current and savings accounts. Building the CASA book size involves increasing the number and value of deposits held in these accounts by attracting new customers and encouraging existing customers to maintain higher balances. This is important for banks as CASA deposits are typically more stable and less costly sources of funding compared to term deposits or borrowing from other financial institutions.
