Pre- Sales Trainee Job in Bangalore at Tardid Technologies Private Limited

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated MBA Fresher to join our AI tech company as a Marketing & Pre-Sales Associate. This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales, supporting client engagement, product positioning, and early-stage lead qualification. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote our AI-driven solutions, prepare impactful marketing collateral, and support the sales pipeline with insights and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating marketing campaigns, content, and collateral that support lead generation and brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the AI space.
• Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, prepare proposals, and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Develop and deliver product presentations and demos to potential clients alongside senior sales staff.
• Help maintain CRM systems by updating lead and opportunity data.
• Support webinars, product launches, and digital campaigns by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Assist in analysing marketing and sales performance data to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on AI industry developments, customer challenges, and product enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Prior internship experience or understanding of the AI/technology industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong interest in AI, SaaS, and technology-driven businesses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
