AIQoD is hiring for the role of Pre- Sales Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Collaborate with the Pre-Sales Manager or Sales Department to assist both the direct sales and partner-led sales teams in achieving new client acquisition targets within specified geographical areas
  • Work closely with sales leadership to strategize client opportunities, develop industry-aligned value propositions, and effectively position our products to prospects and customers
  • Build deep technical pre-sales expertise. Ensure alignment between pre-sales and sales teams for effective collaboration
  • Develop an effective pre-sales plan that addresses competition. Conduct research and create ready-to-use templates for the sales teams to streamline the sales process
  • Create and maintain a repository of industry-specific use cases to highlight the value of our products during the sales cycle. Assist in product demonstrations
  • Provide in-depth process knowledge related to use cases, industry, and domain expertise. Document this information to support delivery teams in assessing the scope of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and estimating project timelines and efforts. Address technical and process inquiries and provide collateral support
  • Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to prepare high-quality proposals and Terms of Reference (TOR) with clear deliverables and deadlines
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for delivery and back-end teams. Provide ongoing feedback regarding client-specific features and functionality requirements for incorporation into our product platform after thorough due diligence
  • Meet with key channel partners, system integrators, customers, and prospects to review and contribute to pipeline opportunities. Offer strategic support to the sales leadership
  • Collaborate and Work closely with key internal stakeholders, including sales leadership, product teams, technical support, and aligned organization leads, to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Contribute to the growth, efficiency, and effectiveness of the pre-sales and automation solutions teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business)
  • Proven experience of 1-3 years in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the IT industry
  • Self-starter with a proven track record in Pre-sales and software solutions teams
  • Strong technical knowledge related to our product offerings
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and take a proactive approach in handling issues, and providing solutions
