Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• OSS Practice Pre-Sales Consultant
• Serve as an extension of Oracle’s pre-sales team, engaging with customers during the pre-sales phase.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct competitive analysis to position the product effectively.
• Share insights with the sales team to refine sales strategies.
• Support the sales team in closing deals by addressing client objections.
• Liaise between sales, marketing, and product development teams.
• Provide feedback to the product team for improvements and new features.
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to design appropriate solutions.
• Create compelling proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and business cases.
• Highlight key benefits and ROI to influence decision-making.
• Understand client needs, business challenges, and objectives.
• Conduct discovery calls or meetings to gather detailed requirements.
• Analyze client pain points and suggest tailored solutions.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
• Customize product demos based on client requirements.
• Explain technical aspects of the solution in a simplified manner.
