Digipanda is hiring for the role of Pre Sales Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Generate new leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, budget, and timeline.
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify client needs and opportunities.
• Provide technical and strategic support during pre-sales,
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure seamless proposal delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Maintain and manage a database of sales leads, client interactions, and proposal status.
• Track and report on pre-sales activities, outcomes, and key performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pre-sales or similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and lead generation tools (Sales Navigator, Lusha, etc).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
