Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential students, providing information on overseas education programs.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and encourage counseling session bookings with Cialfo guides.
• Accurately record calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Conduct follow-up calls with leads to nurture relationships and promote session bookings.
• Collaborate with Cialfo guides to prioritize hot and warm leads effectively.
• Prepare and refine sales pitches and strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activities, conversions, and challenges, sharing insights with management.
• Develop strategies beyond Tele-calling to engage and convert prospective students.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in client relationships or sales.
• Clear and articulate verbal communication.
• Active listening to address students' needs.
• Friendly, approachable, and warm tone.
• Effective pitch control and confident presence.
• Authoritative, knowledgeable tone to inspire trust.
