Power Quality Manager Job in Bangalore at Inphase Power Technologies

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of Power Quality Engineers.
• Assign engineers to carry out Power Quality (PQ) studies based on their expertise and project requirements.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality outputs.

2. Project Coordination:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Power Quality solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions for Power Quality issues.

3. Reporting and Communication:

• Regularly report to management on project progress, team performance, and potential risks.
• Facilitate effective communication between the engineering team and upper management.
• Provide updates on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.

4. Technical Expertise and Support:

• Offer technical expertise in Power Quality solutions to support the engineering team.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, technical solutions, and tenders for Power Quality-related products.
• Ensure the team stays updated with the latest technologies and industry standards.

5. Customer Relations and Business Development:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, distributors, and dealers.
• Support business development initiatives to generate inquiries and promote InPhase Power Quality products.
• Participate in the technical persuasion of customers to choose InPhase for their Power Quality needs.

6. Interdepartmental Coordination:

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, technical support, and marketing, to provide relevant and customized solutions to customers.
• Engage in negotiation of commercial terms and receivables management as necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Core Electrical, Non-IT).

Proven experience in a managerial role within the power quality or related industry.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in Hindi (both speaking and understanding) is preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively to meet customers and oversee projects.
