Power Electronics Test Engineer Job in Bangalore at Ather Energy

Ather Energy is hiring for the role of Power Electronics Test Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• You will play the role of the “first customer” and make a difference by providing constructive and interesting feedback during the testing phase of the Power Electronics products in EV and Charging infrastructure domains.
• As a Test Engineer in Ather, you will be an integral part of the Product Validation team where you will be involved in End-To-End testing of Power Electronics products, such as Private and Public charging systems and Power distribution units in the automotive domain.
• You will ensure our products meet quality and safety standards before they are launched.
• You will work closely with the hardware and firmware design engineering teams to understand the product specifications/features and then develop Manual/Automated test environments and test cases for Power Electronics products.
• You will run a series of tests through all stages of the hardware and firmware development life cycle process to identify defects and recommend improvements.
• You will be doing test result data analysis and test report generation.
• You will support the RCA for bug resolution.

Requirements:

• BE//B-Tech in EEE/ECE
• 2-5 years of thorough experience in Power electronics products testing in EV/Automotive domains
• LabVIEW/Python-based test Automation Knowledge is preferred
