Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with a broad range of people from cross-functional teams comprising designers, business experts, customer experience professionals, supply operations specialists, and writers.

Requirements:

• Experience and Expertise: You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in brand and marketing design within a collaborative setting, coupled with in-depth knowledge of visual design principles and methodology
• Portfolio and Proficiency: You possess an impressive portfolio demonstrating elegant design solutions and proficiency with design tools, with the ability to undertake hands-on tasks as needed
• Leadership and Communication: You demonstrate strong leadership skills by contributing to team development, providing actionable feedback, and effectively communicating concepts to establish ambitious expectations
• Bonus:Prior experience in mentoring a team of designers
