Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Technical Skills:
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the page’s vision.
  • Understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and video output formats.
• Visual Storytelling:
  • Exhibit strong visual storytelling skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Understand every verticle and be able to give creative inputs to make each video visually appealing
  • Comfortably extract a story from raw footage and understand how to effectively balance sound, motion, and music to convey a feeling.
  • Ensure the highest video quality standards, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across all projects.
  • Maintain high quality and accuracy in all aspects of the video production process.
  • Oversee the adaptation of video content to suit various formats and platforms, including Instagram Stories, Reels, and emerging social media trends.
• Team Management:
  • Manage a team and its workflow efficiently.
  • Creating and implementing SOPs and guidelines and ensuring the team adheres to them.
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to ensure team members meet post-production goals.
• Collaboration:
  • Exhibit exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Work closely with the content team, production team, and other departments to ideate and execute the set vision.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Post-Production Manager or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of colour grading, audio mixing, and video output formats.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage a team and workflow effectively.
• Familiarity with various video formats and social media platforms, particularly Instagram and YouTube.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
