Ecozen is hiring for the role Post Harvest Management Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Implementing Post Harvest Management (PHM) practices.
• Researching the latest trends in PHM practices.
• Creating collaterals and documentation related to PHM practices for relevant commodities.
• Training end users on PHM practices and appropriate commodity handling.
• Continuously following up with customers on PHM practices to ensure adherence and satisfaction.
• Developing and implementing a feedback process to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collecting regular feedback from customers and addressing their concerns effectively.
• Taking a consultative approach to resolve customer issues and act as a bridge between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyzing customer feedback regularly and suggesting process improvements based on insights.
• Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of Ecofrost utilization based on primary data.
• Analyzing trends identified through RCA and implementing improvements.
• Creating tracker templates to monitor Ecozen AI (Ecofrost App) and Ecofrost Unit utilization.
• Working towards achieving 80% utilization of Ecozen AI and Ecofrost Units.
• Contributing to the improvement of Net Promoter Score (NPS).
