Ecozen is hiring for the role of Post Harvest Management Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Research on the latest trends in PHM Practices
- Create collaterals and documentation of relevant commodities from the PHM point of view
- Train End users on PHM and the right commodity practices
- Follow-up with Customers on PHM practices
- Develop a feedback process to improve customer satisfaction
- Take regular feedback from customers
- Take a consultative approach to resolving customer issues on the ground
- Work as a bridge between Customer and Internal stakeholders
- Analyze customer feedback on a regular basis
- Suggest process improvement based on customer-received feedback
- Analyze trends based on initial RCA
- Create Tracker templates to track Ecozen AI (Ecofrost App) and Ecofrost Unit utilization
- Achieve 80% Ecozen AI Utilization
- Achieve 80% Ecofrost Unit Utilization
