ABB Group is hiring for the role of CCS - Portfolio Product Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement product strategies for drives, motor, and generator services Product Lifecycle Management:
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond Sales and Marketing Support:
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product initiatives Customer and Market Engagement:
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and gather feedback on existing services.

Requirements:

• Basic Knowledge in Drives , Motors & Generators working principle
• Knowledge in Service portfolio offerings like Parts /internal components identification Maintenance offerings (reactive/proactive/predictive offerings)
• Service level Agreements Industrial digital solutions specific to Drives, Motors & generators
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on drives, motor and generator services or similar industries.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of drives, motor and generator technologies, service operations, and industry standards.
• Skills:
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successful product launches, analytical and problem-solving
• Proficiency in product management software and tools.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in product management or project management are a plus.
