Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create and manage tailor-made portfolios for clients to meet their financial needs and requirements.
• Provide timely and sound financial advice to maximize client benefits.
• Ensure active client engagement in financial planning through after-sales service and outreach.
• Generate revenue by aligning financial instruments with client financial goals, working with reasonable targets.
• Acquire new clients through referrals and innovative marketing initiatives.
• Represent the organization in public and corporate events.
• Conduct workshops in organizations as part of the go-to-market strategy.
• Build and manage a team eventually.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFPCM) I Certifications in NISM X-A and X-B.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
• Candidates with experience in financial services industry is mandatory.
