Atlanta group is hiring for the role of Portfolio Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Establishing and maintaining the governance arrangements for the approval, prioritisation and initiation of projects and programmes within the portfolio.  Defining clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities that align with organisational practice.  
• Ensuring that projects and programmes within the portfolio are aligned with the businesses goals and there is a viable mix and a balance of projects, which is capable of meeting these goals. 
• Reviewing and improving of the Change framework in partnership with the PMO and Delivery Manager to ensure management of projects and programmes within the portfolios are comprehensive and consistent across different initiatives.  
• Developing and maintaining the portfolio delivery plan, including dependencies and resource requirements, which avoids bottlenecks and conflicting demands, to enable the efficient realisation of benefits.  
• Assisting with line management of a small team of portfolio analysts, including performance management and development.

Requirements:

• Experienced in building the PMO from scratch in a complex programme/portfolio environment. 
• Proven experience in PMO and portfolio management in acquisition integration   
• Line management experience.
• P3O practitioner or equivalent 
• Change Management practitioner. 
• Resource and capacity planning 
• Portfolio planning and scheduling. 
• Risk management experience.
