BT Group is hiring for the role of Portfolio Development Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Implement customer value propositions for specific customer and business segments.
• Support the execution and development of the proposition function's strategy and roadmap for BT Group's core value proposition, products, and services.
• Contribute to sales enablement, the development of marketing materials, services work packages and product refinement.
• Execute end-to-end proposition design strategies and development across commercial priorities and experiences.
• Implement activities that drive competitive differentiation and a unique value proposition for BT Group, shaping a strong and impactful products and services narrative.
• Monitor research and market intelligence activities across various information channels to uphold BT Group's leading market position.
• Implement go-to-market strategies, including marketing and collateral, to enable sales and customer leaders to win competitive bid opportunities.
• Champion, continuously develop and share knowledge on emerging trends and changes in proposition management with the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, product development, and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies for portfolio growth and enhancement.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee end-to-end portfolio development processes.
