Policy Management Job in Gurgaon at Airtel

Airtel is hiring for the role of  Policy Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ability to understand the objective and the purpose of various policies in the Bank. 
• Find the gaps where policies are required but are not present
• Recommend improvements in the overall policy management framework of the Bank
• Review of the framework to ensure that the policies are updated
• Monitor the implementation of action plans to address medium and key risk indicators post-review

Requirements:

• Assist with the process of creating and processing new fixed assets and disposals
• Ensure accurate asset capitalization and classification in accordance with Company policy
• Participate in the monthly close process for fixed assets, including journal entries, adjustments, and account reconciliations/roll forwards
• Responsible for the execution of the Company’s internal controls over the fixed asset process in accordance with its SOX compliance program
• Perform any other special duties, projects, or analyses as directed by the Company
