YouTube is hiring for the role of Policy Enforcement Manager (YouTube Trust and Safety)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Enforce medical misinformation content policies and ensure quality policy enforcement.
• Research and stay up to date on key trends and operation patterns creating a threat to platform safety. 
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders on misinformation issues and communicate initiatives to the broader organization and local teams.
• Analyze, identify, prioritize, and deliver strategies to reduce potentially harmful content in the medical misinformation space.
• Manage escalations in the misinformation space while ensuring enforcement and communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in data analytics, cybersecurity, technology research, anti-abuse, policy or related fields
• Preferred Qualifications:
• • Experience identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy, with an interest in international issues (e.g., freedom of expression, online controversial content, misinformation, etc.)
  • Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
  • Experience in the misinformation space
  • Experience with SQL and spreadsheets
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies
