Policy Enforcement Manager Job in Hyderabad at YouTube

YouTube is hiring for the role of Policy Enforcement Manager! 

Responsibilities of the  Candidate:

• Build knowledge of how YouTube Partner Program (YPP) policies impact YouTube users, platform changes, and new product launches
• Manage policy enforcement escalations and develop new enforcement guidelines for YPP, delivering training to reviewers and providing enforcement advice on grey policy areas
• Support workflows including tooling improvements and scaled workflow optimization
• Support the launch of new or updated enforcement process solutions across multiple trust and safety teams
• Ensure workflows reflect policy guidelines, and work with global vendors to enforce sensitive policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cyber-security, or a related field
• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with machine learning
• Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels
• Excellent technical and analytical skills to frame solutions using data
