Policy Advocacy Manager Job in Delhi at Sanofi

Sanofi is hiring for the position of Policy Advocacy Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Shaping the organizations' response to emerging policy trends.
• Engaging with the Ministry of Health and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborating with Industry associations to drive Sanofi's narrative.
• Playing a key role in horizon scanning and maximizing Sanofi’s opportunities for external engagement, thereby furthering the cause.
• Preparing policy briefs for the Internal leadership team.
• Executing IPE (Integrated Patient engagement) with Patient Advocacy groups across Specialty Care therapeutic areas.
• Driving access initiatives for the specialty care portfolio.
• Collaborating with GBU, LEBI, Medical, Region.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience from Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Industry association / FMCG in the Health care domain required.
• Soft skills: Strong Communication skills (Oral and written), Demonstrated networking ability, ability to display patient centricity, Ability to understand the changes in the health care environment.
• Technical skills: MS Office skills(Intermediate), Background in Science/Public policy/marketing.
• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in science or public affairs is preferred.
• Languages: English, Hindi, and Regional languages are added advantage.
