POD Manager Job in Bangalore at Swiggy Pvt Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

POD Manager:

• Implement and ensure adherence to all food & beverage SOPs. 
• Maintain high restaurant and section-wise food ratings. 
• Minimize dispatch-related errors and ensure timely DE pickups. 
• Conduct regular food quality & quantity checks; ensure hygiene and food safety standards. 
• Ensure all products are available and served within shelf life.

Performance & Process Management:

• Achieve audit targets and drive 100% compliance. 
• Set CAPD targets (AR_P, O_D & Prep Time) and ensure timely follow-up with field ops teams. 
• Ensure smooth workflow by coordinating with cross-functional teams. 

Financial & Inventory Management:

• Achieve AOP targets and control all controllable costs. 
• Monitor food cost, wastage, and maintain optimum labour utilization. 
• Conduct daily inventory checks and ensure accurate GRN processes. 
• Oversee petty cash management and reduce unnecessary expenses. 
• Ensure timely utility payments and accurate mid-month/monthly MIS.

People Management:

• Conduct daily briefings, ensure staff hygiene, and maintain a motivated team environment. 
• Implement R&R initiatives and employee engagement activities. 
• Drive retention as per targets; ensure complete training on brand SOPs. 
• Identify talent and train team members for next-level responsibilities. 

Brand & Marketing:

• Execute LSM activities for new product launches and order growth. 
• Support brand SOP implementation
