Varuna Group is hiring for the role of POD Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- The average billing days of All India should not exceed the target days.
- Scanning of PODs for HUL within the same day of receiving Re-scanning of all rejected PODs of Billing branches and upload within the system within the same day of receiving.
- Ensure Daily work report to the senior with details of PODs received, scanned PFM generated, issue of scan, etc.
- PFM is to be generated within the same day of POD receiving.
- Timely receiving of PODs and dispatching to the Billing Team at/ Branches.
- Ensure that there are nil (0) errors in re-scanned POD.
